CASE STUDY
Colorado Virtual TPS Project
Colorado experienced an unprecedented surge of immigrants from Venezuela and other nations. The Rose Community Foundation was at the forefront of the state's response and was a grantee of the State of Colorado, which received federal funding to aid thousands of new arrivals. The project united the Rose Community Foundation, Roché Immigration, and Purpose Aligned Consulting, and provided swift and efficient support to recently arrived migrants seeking Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) in Colorado.
1

2
Identifying

3
Preparing
Immigration attorneys and DOJ-accredited representatives assisted in preparing TPS and EAD applications remotely
The CO Virtual TPS Project assisted migrants living in Colorado from eligible countries in obtaining TPS and EAD. Nonprofit partners identified TPS-eligible individuals and collected necessary information, while low-bono attorneys virtually prepared applications. This approach ensured a smoother, faster, and more accessible experience for clients and legal professionals.
