Do you have questions about your immigration options? Not sure what to do next?
The Immigration Response Group can connect you with local nonprofit organizations in the state of Colorado who can get you signed up for a $25 legal consultation. 

What is this?

• This is a chance to confidentially ask your questions and receive clear information about your options.

• Consultations are offered in Spanish or English.

• If you speak another language, you must bring your own interpreter to your virtual appointment.

Important Note: This is only a consultation.
You will not receive legal representation or assistance with filling out forms.

Who is this for?
Colorado residents who need reliable legal information about immigration but have not been able to find or afford a consultation with an attorney.

How does it work?

1. Register with one of our nonprofit partners

2. Pay $25

3. Once our trusted community partner receives your information and payment, we will contact you (within an average of 3 business days) to schedule your appointment within 48 hours

4. You will receive an email and text from COVICC confirming your appointment time

5. Meet virtually with the attorney (via Zoom or WhatsApp video call).

 

What will I get?

• A 45-minute opportunity to ask questions and receive expert guidance about your immigration options.

• The attorney will help you understand possible next steps and provide you with resources.

How to prepare for your consultation:

• Write down your questions in advance

• Gather all important documents related to your case (immigration notices, past applications, court or other legal documents, etc.)

• Be ready to share your immigration history and your goals

• Find a private, quiet space for your appointment
